WHAT WE DO MSI Financial provides short-term loans usually 3-12 months on 1-4 residential properties to Borrowers who expect speed, flexibility and reliability to close their acquisitions. We provide an easy submission process with speedy underwriting and closings periods, usually in as little as 3-7 business days. Each and every loan is designed specifically to the condition and factors relating to the property with consideration to the Borrowers’ special circumstances, needs and experience. As a direct lender our decision is not clouded like other finicky "Hard/Private Money" Lenders, we have a firm understanding of our Borrowers’ challenges and immediate opportunities.
